Must bring to meeting for USDA application:

Copy of your Drivers License.
Last 2 years tax returns with W2's NO transcripts.
Last 4 weekly pay stubs (Bi-weekly need 2).
Copies of 2 most recent bank statements with complete bank number, all pages.
Copy of SSI, SSD aware letter or 401K (if applies).
If self-employed, you must have your most recent 2 years tax returns, personall & business, with all schedules along with year-to-date profit/loss statement and balance sheet.
Credit score of 640 or above required. If unsure of your score, go to "annualcredireport.com" middle score counts.
